~Wild Pet Satisfaction~

I think I have Ollie out of my system now. Haven't seen him around since he slipped out the front door. He might be at someone else's house. And since I've relinquished my desire to start over with a new cat, I will enjoy my wonderful back yard pets that I don't lose any sleep over...they just bring me enjoyment and I don't worry about them being out in the cold of the night. They are the self sufficient ones and I guess I'm into the self sufficient, non-huggable pets. Here's what I get to see when I spend time in my sunroom on these dreary cold, "thesnowisalmostmeltedtillthenextstormcomes" days! Hurry Spring!

What a delight, Kim! The squirrel is adorable. We have a yard full of them, but they keep their distance because of our cats. I often see them taunting the cats, which is quite funny to watch.

Thank you so much for your most recent comment on my blog. You are much too kind, and your sweet compliments made my day...my week! I am so thankful you enjoy the blog. I enjoy writing it, and it makes it all the more special because you are interested in what I have to say. Thank you so much, Sweet Kim!

Have a wonderful Thursday. Friday is almost here!!! Yeah!

Blessings,
Paula

Paula, my squirrels come to me every time I call them...Like dogs! Sometimes they would rather me hand them the peanut instead of them picking it off the ground. They are so spoiled rotten.
Update on Ollie. He is still around. Don't think he has a home but he's just interested in sniffing where all the other cats have been this evening..he isn't even interested in the food we put out.
